Heidi Rozek
LCP, SAC
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC) with a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. I have experience working with individuals and families across the lifespan—children, adolescents, and adults—offering a supportive and compassionate space to navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change.
While I work with a wide range of clients, I have extensive experience supporting children and adolescents dealing with various mental health concerns and trauma. I believe that everyone has the ability within themselves to grow, heal, and create meaning in their life. Therapy can be difficult work, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I view the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for successful therapy and strive to build a space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered.
- My approach is strengths-based and client-centered. I tailor my work to your individual needs using a variety of therapeutic techniques, including:
- Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) – nationally rostered
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Narrative Therapy
- Mindfulness techniques
- Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)
It would be my honor to support you or your child on a path toward insight, wellness, and greater meaning. Together, we will collaboratively develop an individualized plan to help you achieve your goals and move forward in your healing journey.
