Relationships can be one of life’s greatest joys and yet one of life’s greatest hardships. As we are deeply connected with others, conflict is a natural experience.
Couples ideally can engage in repair after rupture happens, however, this is not always possible to do alone. Couples therapy allows partners to have support from an objective person to moderate discussions, support greater understanding of one another, learn about each other’s love languages and improve communication habits. I have experience working with various forms of relationship, including monogamous, polyamorous, open, and of all sexualities.
